We’ve negotiated accommodation discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to assist you with your trip to the Sunshine Coast cost affordable. Through the travel experts at Accommodation Link, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Book early for best selection and price.

*Kindly note that the Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort Hotel’s booking conditions state that once a booking is confirmed from the 90 days prior, there are no individual night or full cancellations permissable. Name changes will be allowed and any other change requests will be on a case by case basis.

*Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to registrations@accommodationlink.com.au
A non-refundable deposit of one (1) night's accommodation is required at the time of booking up until the ninety (90) days prior.
Any booking or individual night's cancellations received within ninety (90) days of arrival, including any No-Shows, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, charged by the hotel to the card on file.
A hotel credit will not be issued for any cancellations.
*We would strongly recommend you consider travel insurance that covers the loss of accommodation costs due to medical conditions, flight cancellations, etc. Please speak with your travel insurer for more details.
All credit card payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.1%.

Tax Invoices / Payment Receipts:
Tax Invoices will be provided to guests at check out however if you require a receipt for the payment prior to your arrival please email Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort H1644@accor.com and they will be able to email you a copy.

Booking Confirmations:
Once the booking is finalised, the booking confirmation will be sent to the email on file within 5 minutes. Please double check your junk/spam email folder.
